Chic from magic medics has travelled back to Beirut, and has been working with children from Shatila refugee camp. Since 1949 Shatila camp has housed Palestinian refugees. With over 20,000 people living in a very cramped area with poor water electricity and sanitation, life is very difficult for the children raised in this camp.
Working with Majdi, from Basket beat Boarders, they have been doing art therapy sessions, helping the children express themselves.
Artwork from this session will be sold at an exhibition in London in October, to raise funds to support these children more.
